As a customer, The IT DeskTM is your tool for maintaining control of your IT support. It provides you with:
1) a complete list of all open tickets, including problem descriptions, current status and the name of the assigned technician.
2) historical ticket information useful for identifying recurring problems and questions (information which can become useful for assessing training needs)
3) detailed asset-tracking information about your current hardware and software, including passwords (if authorized), as well as any associated ticket history or other relevant information.
IT Department clients receive free access to The IT Desk through this web site.
